Zen Test Labs believes in fostering an open and value based culture. 


This is done through building processes, systems, awards and disincentives based on the following 5i framework for our key values:


  • Innovation: We value innovation since it is the core of whatever we do at Zen Test Labs. An employee innovation initiative such as ZenTOOL where employees learn any testing tool and innovate further, arises out of this value.

  • Initiative: We value delighting our clients by putting quality first. Be it walking away from business when it does not make sense to our customers or calling a spade a spade when it comes to reporting quality, we believe in taking the initiative and being proactive with our clients.

  • Inclusion: We value inclusive growth of the organization, employees and society. Various CSR initiatives are a result of the focus of an impersonal and inclusive vision rather than a personal and exclusive.

  • Integrity: We value in demonstrating honestly in all our deals. Saying no to corruption and staying true to our customers has meant many a time parting with employees, partners and vendors who have not see eye to eye on this value.

  • Insight: We value in insight gained by training, learning and development. Various employee initiatives such as ZenTRAIN, bi weekly technical knowledge sharing and ZenKNOW, regular book sharing sessions at Zen Test Labs are derived from this value.  Our employees and senior management receive insight from some of the world’s best and continue to share this insight with our clients and community, from time to time.
